After graduating Maud received a grant from the Centre of Latin American Studies of Cambridge University to conduct fieldwork on women’s sexual rights in Chile. Later she moved to Buenos Aires and was a volunteer researcher at the Civil Association for Equality and Justice (Asociación Civil por la Igualdad y Justicia – ACIJ). Since 2012, she is also assistant to the Board Committee of the Inter-American Council on Indigenous Spirituality (Consejo Interamericano Sobre Espiritualidad Indígena – CISEI).
