The School on the Oversight of the Security Sector

RESDAL and the Global Partnership for Security and Peace (GPSP) initiative will be conducting a training course in Buenos Aires for civil society organizations and academics from different regions of Africa, Latin America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

There are two facets of the School on the Oversight of the Security Sector:

An in-person workshop in Buenos Aires from September 26th to the 29th, 2022, that is co-organized by LINLEA (Liberia), PILDAT (Pakistan), the al-Quds Center (Jordan), and RESDAL.
An online course from October 6th to 26th, 2022, and the classes will work more on the topics and case studies with the participation of experts from different parts of the world.
The general objective is to train new leaders in the field, facilitate exchange, and promote the strengthening of democratic values and human rights.
